The Baroque Era is known for having an extravagant and ornate style of various arts that flourished in Europe from the early 17th until the mid-18th century. The Baroque style is most known for it's use of  contrast, movement, detail, and deep color, that can give off a sense of grandeur, tension and (to a degree) drama.
